Yating leads QCII’s business in Eastern and Southern China. As part of her responsibility for facilitating science and technology-related business, she spends her days engaging with the municipal and provincial governments, meeting with industrial and financial partners in China, and negotiating deals between Israeli and Chinese partners.

She began her career in China in the operations department at a large international grocery chain, then became a junior brand manager in the marketing department of the world’s largest mobile phone operator. After graduating and receiving her double MBA from Paris and Singapore, Yating founded SUCCESS Business School Consulting, a boutique studio dedicated to preparing applicants for business schools.

Yating holds a BA from the Shanghai University of International Business and Economics as well as a double MBA from ESSEC Business School, Paris and Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
