Rowling is QCII’s Assistant Project Manager and Analyst. Rowling spends her days engaging in market research, technical background research, data collection and administrative affairs in China.

Rowling holds a bachelor’s degree in network engineering from Shanxi Datong University. Rowling joined QCII team after her graduation and gained lot’s of experience dealing with the cultural and business differences in technological cooperation between China and Israel.
