Jiaqi leads China-Israel Technology deals, by identifying, screening, validating, and engaging prospective Chinese partners at QCII.

While studying, Jiaqi worked as a project manager and helped Prof. Chaim Lotan bring Chinese physicians, investors, and experts in the medical industry to attend ICI-Innovations in Cardiovascular Interventions, one of the most famous medical innovation events in Israel. Jiaqi also worked with Chinese investors to screen Israeli start-ups for investments.

Jiaqi holds BSc degree in civil engineering and MSc degree in information systems engineering from Technion, the prestigious Israel institute of Technology, where many world-changing technologies were born. At Technion, Jiaqi was exposed to many innovative projects. Not only could he observe the Israeli creativity closely, but also he was able to take part in many technology projects .

Jiaqi lived 7 years in Israel, where he learned Hebrew, immersed himself in the Israeli culture and bonded with many Israeli friends. This unique experience coupled with his education led him to devote himself to the technological cooperation between China and Israel.
